Summer Qigong and Meditation A three-class online intensive with Jeanine and Michelle, celebrating the Strawberry Moon!
Meditation, in its simplicity,is accessible to all and can restore our connection to our naturalness. Qigong (“chee gung”) combines relaxed, gentle, movements with breath and awareness to restore balance. These complimentary wellness practices are a delight to experience and are exceptional tools for supporting health. This summer meditation will include balancing breath practices and stillness. Qigong will focus more on the daoyin, or internal aspects of the practice, harmonizing the joyful, external, yang behaviors of our summer schedules with the sweetness of internal quiet. Join facilitators Jeanine and Michelle for this three part series via Zoom: Summer Qigong and Meditation. No previous experience is necessary; all levels are welcome! This course is offered with sliding scale options: • $75 for all three classes • $150 for all three classes (Pay for yourself + a Scholarship $75+$75 = $150.) • $20 for all three classes
How much should I pay for a sliding scale course? Sliding scale takes into account your financial situation and circumstances when setting tuition. The middle of the scale ($75) is intended for those with stable incomes and the ability to save. Your ability to support at this rate allows the course to offer sliding scale tuition! Slide to ($150+) is to pay it forward and help another participant's ability to partake. Slide to ($20) is intended for students, and others who are getting by but don’t have much extra in their budget. Contact us if you are interested in receiving a scholarship for this class series.
